We understand that skin can be temperamental, however as our products are used in personal care, we cannot accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your request for store credit, an exchange, or a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
If your order is missing an item or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

- Skin Care Sets and packages*
- Bespoke items
- End-of-Season clearance items
- Items designated as 'final sale'
